The goal? Make it easier for them to access quantum computing, to identify, develop and test new use case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Steered by CEA, the HQI initiative greatly involves GENCI (Grand Equipement National de Calcul Intensif), research infrastructure (IR*), responsible for the quantum simulators and computers acquisition segment, endowed with a \u20ac36M. Endowed with a \u20ac36M budget, it aims at developing a programming and compilation software stack for hybrid computing, including libraries for specific business (healthcare, chemistry, finance, etc) or transversal (<em>Machine Learning,<\/em> optimization, etc) applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GENCI will also be responsible for providing access and developing the use of these computing capabilities, as well as the dissemination along with all members of the quantum ecosystem (<a href=\"https:\/\/lelabquantique.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Lab Quantique,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/quantx.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QuantX,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teratec.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teractec,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/systematic-paris-region.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Systematic,<\/a> etc), local administrations and industrial partners.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ambitions of the HQI initiative to contribute to the French strategy for quantum technologies The National Quantum Plan strategy is aligned with the France 2030 objectives.
